For free rental and shipping, you must request the USB card readers by filling out this form at least two weeks before your event.
Maestro has a harmonized system in place for shipping free card readers. For that reason, if you special request early delivery or request them after the two-week cutoff, a $35.00 special handling charge may apply in addition to actual shipping charges.
